The existence of «the accretion disk» reduces the speed of filling up the vacuum area with gas, and the dynamic processes in it promote the birth of new (young) stars.
The rotation of «the accretion disk» creates probably, an «ejector» effect, means an effect of gas and dust absorption, on the external and internal borders of the «accretion disk».
— On the external borders of «the accretion disk», by means of «the ejector» effect, the matter is soaked up in the form of gas and dust from space, increasing the weight of «the accretion disk», up to the necessary parameters for the formation of young stars. Gas and dust absorption by «the accretion disk», is visible well in the double systems, where the first object is «a black hole», or «the white dwarf», or «a neutron star» who have an «accretion disk», and the second object, a normal star, as the object SS433, figure №R-7.13. In this case it is well visible how the gas-plasma environment of a normal star is sucked in by the external layers of the «accretion disk», which confirms our hypothesis.

— The soaking up («ejector») effect on the internal borders of the «accretion disk» is probably creates and supports a vacuum area in the center, and interferes with its disappearance. That means, at a possible penetration into the center of «the black hole» of gas and dust, they are being sucked away into the «accretion disk», and the dynamic process amplifies.
On the external borders of the «accretion disk», operate:
— The maximal soaking up force, due to the high linear speed;
— A low centrifugal force since the angular speed on the external borders is low and in this case these two forces operate in the opposite direction. The increase in weight of «the accretion disk» increases the pressure, the temperature and the compression of the matter in it, and also strengthens the dynamic processes, which create the necessary conditions for the formation of young stars. The process of weight increase in the «accretion disk» goes until the saturation of its matter, means until achieving the certain value of density and the pressure in «the accretion disk» necessary for the birth of stars. Hence, for the birth of stars, the increase of density, temperatures, pressure and dynamic processes is necessary.
The processes occurring in «the accretion disk» and around it are necessary to study, analyze and model by experts. Only that way will be discovered the answer on a question: «What occurs in «the accretion disk»? ». It is also necessary to pay special attention to the dynamic processes in «the accretion disk». It is possible that they are the push for the beginning of thermodynamic synthesis during the birth of new stars. The special attention should be paid to the electric and magnetic fields, their changes and influence on the physical processes in «the accretion disk».
Let’s consider one more puzzle accompanying «the black hole» — «the jet», figure №R-7.13.
This phenomenon is represented schematically in figure №R-7.14-(3).
(134) Figure №R-7.14
From the positions of modern astrophysics, «the jet» is not explainable. From the positions offered by us, the «vacuum-vertical» theory, the explanation of the «jet» phenomenon is elementary simple. We shall look at the photos and figures of tornados: figure №R-7.10 and №R-7.14-(1). On the images of tornados, we see in the bottom part a rotating cloud of gas and dust from which the raises the pillar representing the gas and dust funnel rotating, extending in the top layers. This pillar of gas and dust is the «jet» of the tornado.
If to compare a kind of a tornado and «a jet», it is possible to draw a conclusion, that these phenomena have the mutual physics. So, «the jets» leaving the center of « the black hole», remind two tornados displayed as a mirror of each other, with gas and dust cloud in the center, in the form of a «accretion disk». If during the analysis of the tornado image, figure №R-7.14-(1), imaginarily to clean the surface of the ground, as spatial restriction, the atmospheric phenomenon «tornado» would probably have a bottom part as well, in the form of the same gas and dust pillar mirror displayed downwards, figure №R — 7.14-(2). If to construct such whirlwind or a tornado graphically, we shall see its similarity to the whirlwind (made of gas and dust), surrounding «the black hole», and its «jet». The kind of gas and dust clouds differs from the kind of «the accretion disk», but this difference is only visual, it is connected with the distinctions in environments parameters and the sizes of tornados. The physics of gas and dust clouds and «the accretion disk» is the same, this rotation of gas and dust around the axis perpendicular to a pillar of gas and dust or «jet». The research of a «jet», designated as an object of catalogue Herbigo-Haro 49/50 (HH49/50), figure №R-7.15, has brought the researchers of NASA to the conclusion, that this object is a space tornado. That confirms our theory.

And so, in the process of absorbing of gas and a dust from a space by «the black hole», «the accretion disk» is formed, to be more exact, the gas funnel (a whirlwind, a cyclone) of huge sizes.
In the center of «the accretion disk» (figure №R-7.8 area A) the absorption force increases due to the action of centrifugal force since the action of these two forces coincides in direction. The action of centrifugal forces increases the compression of «the accretion disk». With the increase in the radius of «the accretion disk», increases the linear speed of the rotating gas stream that increases the absorption force under the law of Bernoulli, thus, the share of the centrifugal force decreases. At the excess of the sizes, the average radius of «the accretion disk», the action of centrifugal force becomes opposite to the action of absorption force.
