The atmospheric phenomena, cyclones, whirlwinds and tornados are limited from below by the Earth’s surface, in space there is no such restriction.

Let’s consider the movement of gas particles in the gas whirlwind. Figure №R-7.9.
Apparently from figure №R-7.9, in zone «A», gas absorption occur from the top layers, since on the lower layers the whirlwind is limited by the Earth’s surface. In zone «C» there is gas absorption from the environment in zone «B», and the emission of gas particles under the action of centrifugal forces from zone «B», the collision of soaked up and thrown out gas particles (in zone «C»). That confirms our forecast.
If we shall look at the whirlwinds and the tornados, we shall see rotating gas pillar, rising upwards. In the top layers of the atmosphere, this column extends, becoming similar to a water funnel. Lower, by the surface of the Earth, the whirlwind represents a spherical, foggy area consisted of gas and dust or water. We shall consider the case of tornado formation at the Earth’s surface, figure №R-7.10.

Apparently from the development dynamics of the tornado, in this case it was born at the surface of the ground, due to the rotation of the gas stream in the form of a spherical dust cloud from which the gas rotating pillar was extended. Probably, this case can be accepted for one of formation models and the development of a galaxy with a black hole in its center.
Let’s consider other case of tornado formation by rotation or twisting of gas streams in the top layers of the atmosphere, figure№R-7.11.

We see that tornados can be formed in several ways. Hence, in space as well, the formation of space tornados can probably occur by several ways.
What was the reason for «the big explosion» and the birth of the Universe?
A concentration of huge weight of matter, or the occurrence of «a black hole», which collected huge weight of a matter in one place.Probably, the birth of this «a black hole» was resulted by a space tornado at the movement or at the meeting of gas streams in space and the occurrence of whirlwinds (or turbulences), in them.
Whether «the big explosion» really occurred?
It is probable that the development of the Universe didn’t begin from the big explosion, or from a big «black hole», but from small explosion or a small «black hole». Since during the origin of the Universe, the gas density was big, than it is logical to assume, that development of the Universe can be activated not by «the big explosion» or the big «black hole», but from a small explosion and a small «a black hole», whose development during the time has led the Universe to the modern view. The high density of gas in the Universe accelerates the physical processes and their cyclist. The decrease in gas density in space slows down the processes of star-formation in gas streams and increases the time cycles of gathering the matter by «the black hole», the births of stars in it, and the emission of stars from greater «black holes».
For an answer more exact to the questions asked in here, it is necessary to carry out a scientific research and to create physical and mathematical models of births, existence and evolutions of space tornados and of the entire Universe.
— «Accretion a disk»
The «accretion the disk» appears in cases of white dwarfs, neutron stars and «black holes» existence. Hence, in all these cases, there is an area of vacuum in the center of «Accretion disk». This area of vacuum should surround «the white dwarf» and «the neutron star». The absence of these objects in the center of the «Accretion disk» specifies the presence of «a black hole».
